This ‘standard’ new build needed some vision and repurposing of the layout. The wrap around fire is the hero of the room. interior Motifs created this by building out a fake chimney.
By building out the tv wall, the room gets a much better layout. The fire is a wrap around electric fire. We kept this as low as possible, so the tv wouldn’t be too high to watch from the sofa.
The room is kept symmetrical, to give it the extra modern feel. We chose weave curtains, a textured wallpaper behind the sofa and a XL painting on the wall.
