From choosing the right colours, wallpaper and furniture to creating a complete design from scratch, you can choose the level of help that suits you — from bringing your own ideas to life, to taking care of the design and practical details for you.

You already have a good idea of the look you want. Perhaps you’ve saved lots of images, have a Pinterest board full of inspiration, or simply know the colours, style and feeling you’re drawn to — but you’re not sure how to translate that into your own room.
I’ll help you make sense of your ideas and turn them into a cohesive scheme that works specifically for your space. Together, we’ll identify what creates the look you love and I’ll help you choose the right colours, wallpaper, furniture, lighting, flooring and finishing touches to bring it all together.

YOU NEED SOME HELP
Personal Design
You know you want to change your room, but you’d like professional input to work out exactly what will work and what style and colours will look good in your space. This is a more personalised design service where I take your taste, lifestyle, the room itself and your budget and develop the scheme for you.
I’ll create the overall look & feel and work through the details — from colour and wallpaper to furniture, lighting, layout and accessories. You’ll have a clear, considered design to work from, with the products and practical information you need to create the room yourself.

YOU WANT IT DONE
Design + Implementation
You want the design, but you’d also like someone to take care of the practical side and keep everything moving. I’ll develop the room design and then stay involved through the implementation, making sure the trades have the information they need and that the finished room follows the design.
This can include detailed specifications, trade instructions, measurements, liaising with trades, site visits and helping resolve design decisions as the work progresses. You’ll still purchase the products directly, but I’ll take care of the design details and coordination so you don’t have to manage anything.

How does a room design work?
1. The Home Visit
I will come to your house for an initial consultation, to see the room(s) you want to improve and identify your personal interior design style and wishes. You tell me all your wishes and I will take notes, photos and measurements. If you are not sure about the style and look & feel you want to go for, we can go through various examples and find your style.
2. Mood- & Styleboard
I will make 3 moodboards with colour ideas to catch the right look & feel for you. I will create your room in 3D as well, to show you the perfect layout options.
3. Choose Your Favourite Layout And Moodboard
Once you have chosen your favourite board and layout, I will go into more detail. All designs will be put together in a presentation, including 3D visuals, the right colour scheme and all details needed.
4. Shopping List
A shopping list will be added with picked items for you to choose from, matching your style and budget. We will go through colour samples and swatches during our second meeting.
5. Final Design
We will discuss the final presentation and product picks and I will tweak if necessary. Now all needed products can be ordered.
6. Install
If you chose to have it all done, I will already have booked in a decorator and handyman to start implementing the room. We will always discuss dates beforehand. Once all is decorated, I will install and style the room.
