Helping businesses unlock the full potential through thoughtful design.

Gain a fresh perspective on your business.

Home consultation for interior advise, Northamptonshire
bespoke shelving for shop interior

Who is it for?

Independ businesses like cafés, shops, restaurants and hair dressers.

Overnight stays like boutique hotels, holiday cabins or Airbnb rentals and glamping.

Residential developers and show homes.

Step 1 – On-site visit

I’ll spend around 2–3 hours at your business, walking through the space with you and learning about your business, customers and goals.

I’ll ask lots of questions because the best ideas start with understanding the bigger picture.

Step 2 – Creative review

During the visit, I’ll identify opportunities to improve your business from a design perspective, making notes, sketching ideas and exploring ways to enhance your space, brand and overall customer experience.

I’ll share my initial thoughts with you as we walk through your business, giving you a fresh perspective and plenty of ideas to consider.

Step 3 – Your personalised Design Insight Plan

After the session you’ll receive a professionally presented PDF including:

  • My observations and key findings
  • Practical recommendations
  • Priority improvements
  • Hand sketches and concept ideas to illustrate possible directions
  • Mood board inspiration where appropriate
  • Suggested next steps

The Design Insight Plan is intended to inspire, guide and help you visualise the potential of your business. It provides creative direction rather than finished design solutions.

If you decide to take the project further, I can then develop these ideas into detailed design proposals, such as complete interior schemes, 3D visuals, furniture specifications, material palettes, branding concepts or graphic design, depending on your project’s requirements.

Why work with me

I’m not a business consultant. I’m a designer.

For over 20 years I’ve worked across interior design, graphic design and product design, helping clients create spaces that are both beautiful and practical.
One of my greatest strengths is seeing opportunities that others often miss.

I naturally ask questions like:

“Could this layout work better?”
“Does this reflect your brand?”
“What does your customer notice in the first ten seconds?
“Could this experience feel more memorable?”

I don’t just identify opportunities—I visualise them, helping you see how your business could become even better.
